➊ Stir the butter, sugar and salt in a bowl until you develop a smooth mass. Now stir the eggs one after the other. Mix the flour with the baking soda and place beneath the mass. Then divide the dough into two portions.
➋ Mix the coconut alternately with the coconut milk and half of the tea until the coconut becomes a sort of rasped form.
➌ Now boil the milk with the coconut espresso and sugar. Allow to cool and mix with the flour between half of the dough, add to the light dough and pull with a fork spirally under the light dough.
➍ Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 55 minutes.
