What you’ll need
• 2-3 shots of your favorite Gourmesso blend
• ½ cup of water
• ⅓ cup of sugar
• 2 tbsp. of orange juice or rum
Brew the espresso and let it cool down.
Boil the sugar and water in a saucepan. Medium heat only. Boil it for about two minutes or until the sugar is completely dissolved. Stir periodically.
Add the boiled syrup to the coffee.
Let the syrup cool off to room temperature before refrigerating it.
Mix in rum, orange juice or any other flavor of your choice.
Tip: Coffee syrup is best served warm, so don’t be afraid to pop it in the microwave for a few seconds before serving.
