Coffee Subscription FAQ

Gourmesso is proud to introduce our new coffee Subscription service! Here are some basic FAQs regarding how our service works, and what you can expect.

If you ever have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Canadian customers: Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer our Subscription services in Canada. If you are in Canada, you can still place any regular order and it will be delivered successfully.

1. How are the different Subscription plans measured in days?

Monthly Subscriptions are measured in intervals of 30 days. 3-Month Subscriptions are measured in intervals of 90 days. That means if you sign up for a Monthly Subscription on May 25th, your method of payment will be processed again 30 days after this date.

2. How do Reward Points work?

You can apply any earned Reward Points to your very first subscription order only. Reward Points will not be applied to any consecutive Subscription payments. You will however earn Reward Points with every consecutive Subscription payment.

3. Can I alter the number of capsules I chose in my first Subscription Plan?

No. If you would like to change the amount of capsules you are receiving every 1 or 3 months, you will need to cancel your initial Subscription plan and place a new one containing the amount of capsules you’d like to have.

4. Can I switch the same Monthly Subscription plan to a 3-Month Subscription plan?

No. If you would like to switch from a Monthly Subscription plan to the 3-Month Subscription plan (or vise-versa), you will need to cancel your original Subscription plan and place a new one. Please keep in mind that the Monthly Subscription plans are charged every 30 days, and the 3-Month Subscription plans are charged every 90 days.

5. I want to change a coffee blend in my Subscription plan. Can I do that?

Yes. If you would like to change a 1 or more blends within your already running Subscription plan please contact us and let us know how you would like to change your order. Please keep in mind this is for minor changes only. If you would like to change all the coffee blends in your plan, simply cancel your plan and place a new one with your desired blends.

6. How do I cancel my Subscription plan?

You can find the ‘Cancel’ button after logging in to your Gourmesso account under “My Subscriptions”. Please note that Subscription plans can only be cancelled 2 days before they are due to be recharged. If you are trying to cancel a Subscription 2 days or less before you are due to be recharged, please contact us.
