How Many Capsules Come In 1 Box?

That completely depends on each individual brand (and is also stated on each product listing in its description and/or title). But see here for a short overview:

Do Our Capsules Really Fit My Nespresso Machine?

Yes. Our coffee capsules fit in the majority of current Nespresso Original machines (formerly know as Original machines) and they will not damage your machine. If you encounter any unexpected problems when using our Nespresso compatible capsule brands (see above), please contact us.

What Are Our Capsules Made With?

All of our brands feature different types of pods.

For example, Gourmesso and Barista Moments capsules are made from a soft plastic that ensures that your machine's closing mechanism is not damaged. These capsules are sealed using an aluminum-like material (foil), similar to that of Nespresso brand capsules. The plastic used in these capsules is BPA free.

Our Glorybrew brand uses bio-based / compostable coffee pods made from bio-mass. Biobased refers to the feedstock, the beginning of the life cycle. A Biobased polymer is wholly or partly made from biomass which refer to organic material like trees, plants, crops, grasses… Biomass means renewable resource as opposed to fossil resource which are limited resources. Glorybrew pods for Nespresso are sealed with bio-based paper material that disintegrates in over 12 weeks in industrial composting facilities. Glorybrew Keurig capsules are made with BPI certified bio-based materials. The majority of the pods are made with bio-based mesh that will break down in over 12 weeks in industrial composting facilities. 

Our brands Artuzzi and Nite Edition use aluminum-based capsules which to this date provide the best oxygen-barrier and guarantee the longest shelf-life of all the current capsule material options. These pods are the closest to the Nespresso Original ones in their appearance, but have a slightly different shape and can be clearly distinguished. 

My Nespresso Machine Is Harder To Close Than Usual – Is That Normal?

It depends :). The closing mechanism of some machines might be a little more difficult to close when using plastic-based coffee capsules. Check that the capsule is inserted into the appliance correctly, and use slightly more pressure when closing. The Gourmesso and Barista Moments capsules are made of a special plastic that yields easily, so they will not damage your machine. The aluminum lines (Artuzzi and Nite Edition for example) close as conveniently as the original pods from Nespresso. 

 

What Does The Intensity Number On Our Capsules Mean?

Each brand incorporates intensity numbers (3 to 12) which refer to the degree of the roast and the taste and flavor of each blend variety. The aroma and taste generally develops and gets finetuned when the coffee is roasted. Also, while roasting, the coffee changes in appearance and various aromas develop. The longer the coffee is roasted, the more intense the aroma becomes. The beans are also very finely ground to boost the characteristics created by the roasting process thus producing an even more intense flavor. Our intensity numbers follow the same scale as the original capsules for Nespresso machines.

How Do I Redeem A Coupon/Voucher?

You will prompted to redeem your coupon just before you place your order in the checkout screen. 

Standard % off coupons can be redeemed by simple writing in the code or copy and pasting it to the coupon section of the checkout screen. 

If the coupon is for a spend $50 get 10% off offer you must make sure that your subtotal equals $50 before shipping for the code to work.

Exactly Which Nespresso Machines Do Our Capsules Fit Into?

Essentially, our offered capsules from Gourmesso, Glorybrew, Artuzzi, Barista Moments, The Nite Edition, etc. that state Nespresso Compatibility fit into all currently available OriginalLine Nespresso machines. You can find a complete list of compatible machines here. The exceptions are the Nespresso Vertuo (formerly: VertuaLine) machines, coffee machines for commercial use which use pads instead of capsules, and Nespresso built-in appliances such as those from Miele. Models branded Saeco, Jura and Siemens, and of course those with drip filters are not compatible. What If I Am Unhappy With My Order?

If something went wrong with your order, please contact us by e-mail or by using the contact form and state what happened. Our Customer Service Team will then contact you as quickly as possible, and when necessary will send you a return label, so that you can easily return your order to us. Knowing that you are impressed by the quality of Gourmesso is important to us. We hope that at least one of our brands becomes your new favorite coffee option! Where Does The Coffee In Our Capsules Come From?

The coffee in all our different brands and capsules comes from different regions all around the world. Each variety combines unique and special aromas. Information about the origin of the beans and what blend of the finest Arabica and Robusta coffee is used in our capsules can be found in the product information on the packaging or in the descriptions in our online shop.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your orders tracking status in numerous ways. You can do it by going to the My Account section on the top right corner of the website and then click your latest order. You will then see a clickable tracking number for your order. 

You can also see your latest order and tracking number by clicking the purple chat button on the bottom right corner of the website. 

Can I Change The Email Address On My Account?

Unfortunately our website does not support the ability for customers to change their email address directly on the site. You can however change your email address by contacting our support team. You can contact us here or give us a call at (754) 777-9559 to leave a Voice Message.

Loyalty Program

You can join and access our Loyalty Program by clicking the gift icon on the bottom left corner of our website. This program lets you accumulate Loyalty Beans to earn rewards such as free packs of coffee and discounts of up to $25.00. 

Joining the program grants you 90 loyalty beans which is enough to earn a free coffee reward! Remember to insert a pack of the coffee that you were rewarded in your cart before entering the code. If it is not in your cart the code will not work. 

When you earn a reward you will be emailed a code that you enter at the checkout. You can keep track of your rewards by clicking the gift icon on the lower left corner of our website. 

Every dollar spent on gourmesso.com earns you 1 Loyalty Bean. Keep in mind that only dollars spent on product will be converted to Loyalty Beans. Dollars spent on shipping and taxes will not count unfortunately. 

Our Loyalty Program features 3 customer tiers:

Valued Customer - Once a customer joins the Loyalty Program they will recognized as a valued customer. They can now earn loyalty beans and redeem rewards.

Silver Membership - Once a member reaches $150 in lifetime spend they will automatically get upgraded to Silver Membership status. Silver members get 5% off all of their orders by using the coupon code - SILVER 

Gold Membership - Once a member reaches $500 in lifetime spend they will automatically get upgraded to Gold Membership status. Gold members get 10% off all of their orders by using the coupon code - GOLD

Mobile App

The Gourmesso app offers the easiest way to buy coffee capsules for your Nespresso Original machine on the go. The app is now available to download on the Apple app store and the Google Play Store

You can manage your order history on all devices. 

The Loyalty program is directly integrated on the app. This feature allows you to view your Loyalty Bean balance and your current customer tier at any time. You can even redeem your rewards at the checkout screen!

How Is Our Coffee Decaffeinated?

The decaffeination process that we use is the CO2 method. This allows our beans to maintain their flavor components throughout the process rather than being removed and put back in again, as they are in some other decaf processes.

Does Our Coffee Contain Any Sugar or Dairy?

No. Our flavored capsules are made with aromas and no sugar or dairy is  added, with the exception of our Tealyte Chai Latte pods

How Long Is The Shelf Life Of Our Coffee?

Please always check each individual pack of coffee/tea for the exact shelf life. In general, our Nespresso compatible capsule products have a 18-24 month shelf life. The compostable Glorybrew pods for Nespresso however have a shorter shelf life of 12 months. Glorybrew K-Cups also have a 12 month shelf life. Keep in mind that the shelf life begins once the coffee is produced/packaged. 

How do I return an order?

If you are unhappy with your order or need to return all or part of it for any reason, please reach out to us via our Contact Form within 2 weeks of getting your package. We guarantee happiness on items we sell, please include your order number in your email along with the reason why you want to return your items.

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return the coffee capsules, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your package.

We will accept returns of unopened boxes, and will refund your order via your original payment method.

Once you have contacted us to initiate a return, we will e-mail you a Return Shipping Label which you can then print out and attach to your package for the return. All return labels are processed through a carrier of our choice. You can then schedule a pick-up or drop off your package at the selected carrier accordingly.
