You probably will never bake so fast. With this astonishing cake you can quickly fill your coffee table. This Nutella cake is completely measured in coffee cups and can be finished with a wooden spoon.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup br. sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of coffee (Etiopia Blend Forte of Gourmesso)
- 2 tsp of baking soda
- 3/4 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup of chocolate
Directions
➊ Please heat the oven to 175 degrees.
➋ All ingredients are put into a large bowl – except the chocolate – mix well with a hand mixer.
➌ Next, add and remove the chocolate.
➍ Then fill the dough into the pre-greased box shape.
➎ The Nutella coffee cake bakes for 40 minutes. At the end, make sure to test the chopstick to see if it is too moist.
➏ Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
