Delivery and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the coffee capsules you have ordered or if you have received incorrect items and would like to return them, please contact us.

Shipping and Deliveries

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday, after we have received the final payment. We ship all orders via the US Post Office Priority Mail or via DHL. Your order should reach you within 2-4 days after it has left our facilities. Shipping during Holiday times can increase delivery time to 2-5 days.

We offer FREE shipping throughout the US and Puerto Rico on orders of $35 and above. Your order total must be $35 or above, before adding shipping costs, to qualify for Free Shipping. For orders less than $35, shipping costs are only $4.99 for regular delivery (2-4 business days). All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return the coffee capsules, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your package.

We will accept returns of unopened boxes, and will refund your order via your original payment method.

Once you have contacted us to initiate a return, you may ship the package to us, or Gourmesso will e-mail you a Return Shipping Label which you can then print out and attach to your package for the return. All return labels are processed through the US Post Office, and you can schedule a pick-up, or drop off your package at all US Post Office locations.

Please be aware that US customers will bear a Return Shipping Cost of $5 on all orders should you use our return labels. This Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from your refund. Canadian customers are responsible for covering all Return shipping costs.
