➊ Preheat the oven to 180° C and prepare the mold with grease and flour.
➋ Beat butter and sugar for 4-5 minutes in a creamy bowl to a mass. Then stir the eggs, vanilla extract and the Greek yogurt and combine with the mass. In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder, flour and salt.
➌ For the filling, add the brown sugar, baking powder, espresso, butter and the salt in a bowl and mix it with the hands until it becomes a fluffy mass.
➍ Place half the dough into the mold and sprinkle it evenly with half of its filling. Add the rest of the dough, then distribute the remaining filling as a topping on the surface of the cake and allow it to bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
➎While the cake is cooling down, prepare the glaze. To this end, first mix butter and fresh cheese to a soft mass. Slowly add powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk and stir until a creamy glaze-like mass is formed, which can then easily be passed over the cooled cake.
Ready. Enjoy it!
