At Pop Caffè’s SIMFED facility in Ragusa, Sicily, every day 30,000 kg of coffee are roasted to perfection, delivering high quality and consistency. It all starts with sourcing the finest beans from the best global suppliers. But the true magic happens in the roasting process — the most important phase in the coffee process. Slow roasting is the signature approach, allowing each bean to develop its full aroma, depth, and character. To preserve the rich aroma and flavor, the freshly roasted beans are immediately packaged or processed into their signature pods and capsules.
