• 2 espresso pods - We like the Lungo Arabica Forte
• 4oz milk of choice (milk-free alternative: use extra water from the machine to "extend" your coffee)
• 2 balls of ice 
• Optional: 2tbsp whipped cream
• Chocolate shavings or coffee beans for garnishes

➊ Select and brew your Gourmesso coffee and set aside

➋ Put ice cubes in a tall glass and pour espresso over it

➌ Froth milk until creamy and pour it over your iced coffee

➍ Top with your whipped cream and chocolate shavings
